OCF/U20 2011-2012 Youth Climbing Series

The Ontario Climbing Federation is excited to announce that the schedule for the OCF/U20 2011-2012 Youth Climbing Series has been finalized. The U20 Series offers youth climbers an opportunity to participate in a youth oriented climbing series across Ontario, and also earn points towards end of season awards. The Series includes five Tour de Bloc Youth division comps, three U20 roped comps, and two U20 bouldering comps. The Series championships will be decided at the OCF/U20 2012 Ontario Climbing Championships, which will held at Climber’s Rock in Burlington on May 5 & 6, 2012.

Our mandate:

  • to organize competition climbing for youth and adults in Ontario
  • to sanction climbing competitions in Ontario and control the competition calendar
  • to be the Ontario member of the National Sport Organization which governs competitive climbing in Canada

  • to provide training for coaches, judges and route setters
